Prices

The Civilised Cyclist provides trips on a bespoke basis and the guiding costs are as follows:

This includes vehicle support throughout the trip, assistance with cycle hire and rental bikes being brought to the start of the ride and returned to the bike rental shop at the end. If no support vehicle or cycle hire required then day rate is £50 per person, min £200.

In addition, the following must be paid:

1. Accommodation during the trip which we can organise
2. Destination entrance fees such as gardens, museums or historic houses
3. Any other prepaid items such as lunches, picnics or dinners
4. E-bike hire
5. Additional Civilised Cyclist expenses to be shared by the group:

• Accommodation if hotel accommodation is required for The Civilised Cycling team @£100pp per night
• Dinners if any of The Civilised Cycling team are expected to join @£60pp per night
• Additional transport costs (if further that home counties)
• Any entry fees to destinations (although CC team will often stay outside)

On the trip The Civilised Cyclist will arrange lunch stops and coffee stops which the group will be responsible for paying as they go along.
